You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Types

We offer different types of accounts:

• User Account: Allows you to leave reviews and interact with the platform.
• Gym Owner Account: Allows you to claim and manage your gym listing(s).

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

4. Premium Listings

4.1 Premium Services

We offer Premium Listing options that provide enhanced visibility and additional features for gym listings. Premium Listings are subject to additional fees, which are disclosed before purchase.

4.2 Payment Terms

By purchasing a Premium Listing, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase or required by applicable law.

4.3 Recurring Subscriptions

Some Premium Listing options may be offered as recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. User Content

5.1 Reviews and Comments

Our Service allows users to post reviews and comments about martial arts gyms. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Contain false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contain offensive, abusive, or hateful content
• Promote illegal activities or violate any applicable laws

6.1 Listing Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about martial arts gyms, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information. Gym details, including hours of operation, pricing, and offered services, may change without notice.

6.2 Claiming Listings

If you are a Gym Owner, you may claim your gym’s listing by verifying your ownership or management relationship. Once verified, you will be able to update certain information about your gym and respond to reviews.

6.3 Prohibited Actions for Gym Owners

As a Gym Owner, you agree not to:

• Post false or misleading information about your gym
• Create multiple accounts to post fake reviews of your gym or competitors
• Harass or intimidate users who leave negative reviews
• Offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service and all content and materials on the Service, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
