We teach the best in martial arts combined for practical self defense and fitness. We offer a low monthly rate, family rates, no contract and no belt testing fees. Classes are taught by Sensei Troy Bond 10th degree Black Belt Grand Master. Established in 1998. We are a branch of Sensei Varasconi's school in Bristol, and a division of Sensei Hamzys school in Torrington. Our style is Hamzys Ketsu-Ka Karate. The combination of Karate, Judo , Ju-Jitsu, Aikido, and Savate.
