TRITAC is a goal-focused MMA, Jiu-Jitsu and Strength Training for those looking to achieve goals is self-defense, sport fighting, strength training, athletic performance and living a fun, healthy, awesome lifestyle! Established in 2011. We started off on Rt 372 in Cromwell at a small Karate school. We quickly evolved and out grew our area. We then opening a new 4,000 S/F training facility that features around 1800 S/F of mat space and a 1500 S/F Workout area focusing on real functional strength and conditioning.
