Body Temple Fitness is a personal training studio with locations in Wallingford and Middlefield Connecticut. We cater to all ages and fitness levels, and we are so dedicated to getting our clients the results they want that we tailor our class schedule to meet their needs and are constantly trying out new fitness classes to keep things fresh.We are not a gym. You work one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer (C.P.T) in our private, professional setting or in your home or corporate facility. We promote a healthy community by integrating fitness classes, nutritional counseling, and by staffing knowledgeable personal trainers and instructors to enrich and engage you. Established in 2007. Owners Terrace and Shelly Johnson opened up their first studio in 2007 with the location being in Meriden Connecticut. Within a couple of years, the need to expand brought them to their Wallingford location at 20 North Plains Industrial Road. Not too long after, in 2014, Terrace found a place in Middlefield Connecticut, at 500 Main Street, which he felt would be a perfect location to open his second studio. It was then they began working with the Middlefield community and surrounding areas.
