With simple beginnings, it has grown to become one of the most well known, praised, and sought after martial arts schools in Darien CT, as well as the surrounding towns of Norwalk, Stamford, and Greenwich. Recently, we've moved from a small starter space to a spacious new location with a ton of amenities. Some of our improvements include comfortable lobby seating, a television (silent with captions) for parents and kids that stay to watch classes, a Keurig Hot with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, and two phone/electronic charging stations for iPhone and other cell phones and tablets. Dynamic Martial Arts of Darien is a proud member of the Darien Community that offers quality adult and child martial arts instruction. Offering Kempo Karate and Adult Kickboxing, we ensure that all of our students are constantly engaged and growing as individuals while having an amazing time and getting in the best shape of our lives. Kempo Karate is a mix of traditional Karate and Kung Fu which has recently begun incorporating some of the principles of Brazilian ju-jitsu in order to help make our art more rounded and effective. We also offer Adult Kickboxing for fitness as well. Our primary focus is on Children's Martial Arts Training beginning at age three and going into adulthood. Our constant goal is to teach our young people to not only be exceptional Martial Artists but also exceptional people in their community and throughout the course of their lives.
