Our academy focuses on self improvement. We are a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu based however we have classes in boxing , MMA and fitness boot camps. We offer these programs to adults , kids , teen , and we even have a women’s only Jiu Jitsu class. Try a FREE week ! Established in 2009. We have been teaching the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Guilford since 2009. We also teach the program in the Guilford school systems as well as the United States Coast Guard. We keep a family friendly environment for all ages to learn and grow.
