During this training you will learn how to defend yourself physically and mentally. This training will teach you how to not set yourself up to be a victim, and if you are ever in a situation you will have the tools necessary to prevent yourself from being hurt.Cardio KickboxingCardio kickboxing classes are UKMA are different than all the other programs out there. Our instructors are certified Martial Artists who correctly teach all movements and excersises. They have earned their ranks through our curriculum and focused on physical development and self-defense. Classes will include increasing flexibility, strength building excrecises, core development and more. Students will also strike pads and heavy bags through punches and kicks. Established in 2009. UKMA was created in 2009 when Master Botticello wanted to create a combination of the hard art of Taekwondo and the soft art of Hapkido. This combination gives students the tools to handle a variety of different situations.Master Botticello worked with other schools to find room for his students to train, and moved to our brand new facility at 27 Olcott St. in Manchester, CT in 2013.
